1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between bk67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "your", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service made available through the bk67 website at https://bk67.io and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.

bk67 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested by bk67 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the bk67 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bk67 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bk67. Opening, maintaining, or using more than one account — whether under your own identity, a pseudonym, or via another person's details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and at any point where bk67 requests updated details. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bk67 support immediately via live chat. bk67 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

All transactions on bk67 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. bk67 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bk67 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are set by bk67 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. bk67 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bk67 support.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once are not eligible for withdrawal without express consent from bk67. This condition exists to prevent the platform from being used for currency exchange or money laundering purposes.
• VIP-tier players may benefit from expedited withdrawal processing times as a benefit of their tier status. Standard processing times apply to all other accounts.

4.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by bk67 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotional offer details. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bk67 takes an active approach to detecting and preventing bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting" or "arbing"); wagering at stakes or in game configurations designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; and withdrawing bonus funds before the stated wagering requirement is met. bk67 reserves the right to remove bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on bk67 — including casino game bets, sports bets, and crash game wagers — are final once confirmed. bk67 will not reverse a wager after it has been accepted by the platform system, except in circumstances where a manifest technical error has occurred, a sporting event has been cancelled or declared void in accordance with the sports betting rules, or the wager was placed on an event that was already in progress at the time of acceptance due to a data feed error.

bk67 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed using funds that were obtained through fraudulent means, or to withhold payment on any wager that it reasonably believes was placed in breach of these Terms or in collusion with another player or a third party. In such cases bk67 will retain the right to investigate before making any final determination.

Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and bet types. Where a maximum win cap applies, it will be displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Wins in excess of the published maximum win cap may be reduced to the cap amount at bk67's sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk67 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, including placing bets, making withdrawals, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploits must be reported to bk67 support immediately. Players who exploit known or discovered bugs without reporting them will be subject to account closure.
• Colluding with other players or with any bk67 employee or agent to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the bk67 platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine wagering activity, or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your bk67 account.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the bk67 platform without express written authorisation from bk67.
• Creating or using an account while subject to a self-exclusion order placed with bk67 or under any third-party responsible gaming scheme that prohibits access to online gaming services.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or in any communication with bk67 support.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk67 platform — including but not limited to the bk67 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bk67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database right laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk67 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bk67 platform without the prior written consent of bk67.

Third-party game content displayed on bk67 remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. bk67 does not grant and cannot grant any intellectual property rights in respect of third-party game content.

9. Privacy & Data

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by bk67

bk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, posed a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform, or if bk67 is required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or judicial authority.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your bk67 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat and requesting account closure. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements being satisfied.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure for any reason, any accrued VIP points, unused bonus funds, pending free spins, and promotional entitlements will be forfeited immediately and without compensation. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in full force following account closure.

Your continued use of the bk67 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 11.2 above. The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
